Context

Instrumentation that has to work — every time

Seveso-classified sites and ATEX zones impose strict constraints on every piece of equipment deployed on site. Instrumentation failures aren't just operational problems — they carry regulatory, safety, and environmental consequences.

The same clients who need environmental monitoring also need active management systems: controlling foam, regulating pH, dosing reagents in response to live measurements. Measurement and action are two sides of the same system.

We design and deploy both — and we maintain what we install, as well as systems installed by others.

What we deploy

Sensor systems

Flow, water quality, atmospheric monitoring — the same instrumentation as our environmental monitoring activity, engineered for classified environments. ATEX-rated equipment selection and installation.

Environmental management

Active systems that respond to measurements: anti-foam dosing pumps, pH regulation with reagent injection, automated responses to threshold exceedances. Closed-loop control in industrial contexts.

Custom integration

Each deployment is designed for the specific site, process, and regulatory context. Off-the-shelf products adapted, combined, or replaced with purpose-built solutions where standard products don't fit.

Maintenance

Preventive and corrective — on any system

We provide both scheduled preventive maintenance and on-call corrective intervention. Preventive programmes cover calibration, sensor replacement, software updates, and operational checks — on a schedule matched to the site's regulatory requirements and operational criticality.

For corrective maintenance, we intervene on incidents affecting measurement accuracy, system availability, or regulatory compliance. We maintain systems we have installed as well as existing installations from other suppliers.

Working in Seveso and ATEX, or simply hard to reach environments requires procedural rigour and site-specific safety protocols. We are familiar with the constraints and work within them.

Technical scope

Classified environments

Seveso sites and ATEX zones. Equipment selection and installation to applicable standards.

Sensor systems

Flow, water quality, atmospheric monitoring. Same scope as environmental activity, classified-environment rated.

Active management

Anti-foam dosing, pH regulation, reagent injection. Closed-loop response to live measurements.

Preventive maintenance

Calibration, sensor replacement, software updates. Scheduled to site requirements.

Corrective maintenance

On-call intervention. Our installations and third-party systems.

Clients

Pharmaceutical, chemical, steel, analytical labs, hospitals. Any Seveso-classified operation.

Approach to evolution

Keeping pace with regulation and technology

Seveso and ATEX regulations evolve. Sensor technology improves. We follow both actively — updating our practices, equipment selection, and installation methods as standards change.

Systems we install are designed with maintainability in mind. Regulatory updates or component obsolescence shouldn't force a full system replacement.
