Context

Knowing what flows in, what flows out — and proving it

Industrial facilities, hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, steel mills — any operation that interacts with water has regulatory obligations. Overflow events, discharge quality, pH exceedances: these need to be measured, logged, and defensible.

The question isn't just "did something happen?" but "what happened, when, how much, and what was in it?" Retrospective sample analysis, continuous flow measurement, and automatic alerts require infrastructure that is reliable, calibrated, and integrated into existing systems.

We design, build, and install that infrastructure — from the sensor in the channel to the data on your dashboard.

What we measure

Water flow & quality

Flow rate, volume, pH, conductivity, turbidity, temperature. Continuous monitoring or event-triggered sampling. Suitable for discharge points, overflow channels, and intake monitoring.

Water sampling

Automated sampling systems including refrigerated units for post-event laboratory analysis. Time-proportional or flow-proportional sample collection. Integration with Maxx and equivalent platforms.

Air, weather & environment

Atmospheric monitoring, meteorological stations, air quality sensors. Complete site environmental picture — not just water.

Vortex flowmeter

Designed, fabricated, and installed in-house

Unlike off-the-shelf metering solutions, our vortex flowmeters are designed for the specific geometry and flow conditions of each installation. The channel profile, expected flow range, and measurement accuracy requirements drive the design — not the other way around.

We handle the full process: hydraulic design of the vortex geometry, mechanical fabrication, on-site installation, and calibration. The result is a measurement system that fits the actual infrastructure rather than forcing the infrastructure to accommodate a standard product.

Suitable for open channels, culverts, and industrial discharge points.

Data & integration

Your data, where you need it

Collected data can be stored locally on the measurement system or transmitted to your infrastructure — wired network, GPRS, or other available connectivity. We configure the transmission layer to fit your existing systems rather than imposing a proprietary platform.

Alarm thresholds, event logging, and integration with client SCADA or data management systems are part of the standard configuration scope.

Who we work with

Any operation with an environmental footprint

Our clients include pharmaceutical manufacturers, chemical plants, steel producers, analytical laboratories, and hospital facilities — any organisation that needs to monitor, document, and demonstrate environmental compliance.

We also work with environmental consultancies and engineering firms that need measurement infrastructure for site assessment, remediation monitoring, or regulatory reporting.

If you need to know what's in your water, how much of it there is, and when something changed — we can build the system that tells you.

Approach to evolution

Solutions that keep pace

Environmental monitoring technology evolves — new sensor types, improved connectivity, changing regulatory requirements. We follow these developments actively and update our solutions accordingly.

Systems we install are designed to be maintainable and upgradeable. A sensor generation change or a new transmission standard shouldn't require replacing the entire infrastructure.
